What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual Direction is a practice of soul companionship. A spiritual direction conversation is about your life. As your spiritual director, or companion, I offer neither answers nor advice, but the hospitality of deep listening, to make room for you to hear your own inner wisdom and to see the movement of God or the Spirit in your life.
A spiritual director meets you where you are on your journey and walks alongside you on your path toward deepening your relationship that which is larger, that Spirit that some call God and others find too large for any name, that you might know greater freedom to find meaning in your life’s journey, to live with authenticity and integrity and, even when life is hard, to live with love and peace in your heart.
Because the ministry of spiritual direction can lead us to be more loving toward one another and ourselves, I believe spiritual direction has the capacity to change, and to heal, our world by helping to make this a more loving place for all.

Our first get-to-know-one-another meeting is free; I also offer my spiritual direction services on a sliding scale basis.
